4.4 Archived Instruments

Archived Instruments allows you to do advanced reporting on your fleet of Instruments that have been archived.  By using keyword or complex search criteria, you can create filters to answer questions that you have about your instrument usage, status or activity.

 

To access Archived Instruments, simply hover over the Manager tab and select Archived Instruments from the drop-down menu.  The following will appear:

 

 

The information displayed is as follows:

 

Instrument SN

A unique identifier for this instrument. (The instruments are grouped by Intuitive Surgical Model No. ie 470001, 470006, etc.)

Last Reprocessing

The date of the last reprocessing cycle logged within CycleTrak.  If this is blank, no reprocessing cycles have been logged on this instrument.

Commissioned By

Who commissioned this instrument.

Commissioned Date

When this instrument was commissioned.

Retired By

Who retired this instrument 

Retired Date

When this instrument was retired 

Retired Reason

Retirement reason 

Retired Comment

Comment for retirement

Archive Date

When this instrument was archived 

Archived By

Who archived this instrument

Archived Cycles Remaining

Reprocessing Cycles remaining before the IFU specified maximum is reached when this instrument was archived. 

Max Cycles

The IFU specified maximum number of reprocessing cycles.

Total Cycles

The number of logged (scanned) reprocessing cycles for this instrument when it was archived.

Archived Reverse Cycles

The number of reversing cycles for this instrument when it was archived. 

PreExist Cycles

Pre-existing cycles entered during Commission an Instrument process.  

 

To perform a keyword search, simply enter your keyword in the search box and press the “search” button.  The keyword will be matched against all archived instruments and all fields in your fleet.  The matching instruments will be displayed.  To clear the search, press the “reset” button.

 

To perform a complex search select the “Add Filters” button.  A screen will pop-up that will allow you to build a boolean search filter.  When your filter is complete press the “Submit” button; the matching instruments will be displayed.  To clear the search, delete the Filter.

 

To perform an export select the “Export” button.  A screen will pop-up that will allow you to select the format and destination of your exported information.  The information exported will be limited by any keyword or complex searches.

 

To print, click on Print hyperlink to the left of your user name.  You may need to adjust your printer settings to accommodate the printout.
