Model No

The Intuitive Surgical model number of the instrument.

Instrument SN

A unique identifier for this instrument.

Retired By

Who retired this instrument (if retired)

Retired Reason

Retirement reason (if retired)

Retired Date

When this instrument was retired (if retired)

Retired Comment

Comment for retirement (if retired)

Logged Cycles

The number of logged (scanned) reprocessing cycles for this instrument.  (Reverse? = No)

Reverse Cycles

The number of reversing cycles for this instrument. (Reverse? = Yes).

PreExist Cycles

If an instrument has been sterile reprocessed before being commissioned into your fleet the “pre-existing” cycles are entered here.  This is rare.

Last Reprocessing

The date of the last reprocessing cycle logged within CycleTrak.  If this is blank, no reprocessing cycles have been logged on this instrument.

Add’l Info

This field contains relevant information associated with an individual instrument, which allows you to categorize and search your instruments based on criteria specific to your workflow.  See article 2.2 Commission a New daVinci Instrument for more information.

Edit Add’l Info

Clicking the Edit Add’l Info button allows you to edit the Add’l Info field.  The daVinci barcode lot number “extractions” (control+l and control+f) described in article 2.2 Commission a New daVinci Instrument are also supported here.
